Tyler Pipe is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented  Shipping/Distribution/Receiving Coordinator to join our growing team at our new distribution center in  Sparks, NV . In this role, you’ll be a key player in keeping our operations running smoothly by managing the flow of products in and out of the facility.

Job Description

Shipping/Distribution/Receiving Coordinator
Location: Sparks, NV
Pay: $25.00 – $27.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime as needed)

What You’ll Do:

• Preparing and distributing shipping documents such as picking lists, packing slips, and Bills of Lading.
• Coordinating various shipping methods including UPS, LTL, customer pickups, and full truckloads.
• Managing data entry for shipments and ensuring accuracy in the system.
• Dispatching trucks and directing yard traffic based on schedules and availability.
• Communicating with drivers, team members, and customer service to ensure smooth operations.
• Receiving inbound products and auditing freight bills for accuracy.
• Planning daily truckload shipments based on tonnage, delivery dates, and customer requirements.
• Maintaining organized records and ensuring compliance with document retention policies.
• Upholding safety standards and wearing required PPE in the plant environment.
• Performing additional duties as assigned to support the distribution team.

Qualifications

• Must be computer literate and able to multitask
• Knowledge of Microsoft D365 software is a plus
• Experience in shipping and receiving is a plus
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures
• Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential
