We are seeking a driven, high-energy Executive Assistant eager to launch a career in the fast-evolving Fintech engineering consulting industry. This is not your typical 9-to-5 assistant role; it’s a high-impact, high-trust position that requires full dedication, flexibility, and a startup mindset.

You will work directly with our CEO, who operates at an intense pace (16–18 hours/day), and you will be expected to provide comprehensive, around-the-clock support across all aspects of executive operations.

Who You Are

• Recent Computer Science or Engineering graduate (or equivalent)
• Exceptionally organized, proactive, and emotionally intelligent
• Able to work off-hours, weekends, and travel frequently without constraints
• Thrive in high-pressure, dynamic environments where priorities shift fast
• Interested in working closely with the C-suite and learning how real business and engineering strategy works at the top

Key Responsibilities

• Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and scheduling conflicts with precision
• Travel and support domestic and international travel, conferences, and events
• Draft, proofread, and organize presentations, reports, agendas, and documentation
• Attend meetings (virtually or in-person), take notes, and follow up on action items
• Organize and maintain files, confidential records, and cross-functional communication
• Act as the CEO’s eyes and ears interfacing with internal teams, vendors, and clients
• Coordinate office logistics, technology setup, and event planning as needed
• Assist with light project management tracking deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline (mandatory)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with tools like Google Workspace, MS Office, Zoom, and project management tools
• Willingness and ability to travel on short notice, both domestically and internationally
• Comfortable working odd hours, including weekends and holidays
• Passionate about technology, startups, and executive leadership
• Previous experience supporting executives in a consulting, startup, or tech environment
• Familiarity with basic engineering terms, Fintech, or software project lifecycles
