You will work directly with a local independent agent who offers a variety of products and services to help individuals manage life's risks, recover from unexpected events, and work towards their financial goals.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

Assist customers with insurance and financial service needs, offering solutions tailored to their unique situations.
Help individuals and families protect what matters most by educating them about available insurance coverage, eligibility, and policy options.
Be the friendly, reliable point of contact for customers needing assistance with claims, billing, policy changes, and more.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market products and services that best suit customer needs.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries with accuracy and care.

Key Qualifications & Skills

We're looking for someone who:

Is enthusiastic and motivated to help people manage risks and work toward their financial goals.
Has strong communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing, to engage with customers clearly and effectively.
Is people-oriented, with a friendly, approachable demeanor and the ability to build strong relationships.
Has prior sales experience (whether in retail, inside sales, telemarketing, or other customer-facing roles) - but if you're eager to learn, we're happy to provide training.
Enjoys problem-solving and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
