Job Description

Responsibilities Drive day-to-day operations within production between creative strategists, social managers, and external vendors to ensure content is delivered on time. Work collaboratively across teams in social marketing, creative, product, and legal. Find efficiencies where possible and avoid production bottlenecks. Work with organic/social content, with a background in tech or agency environments. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects as a production coordinator. A passion for content creation and comfort managing assets. Deep familiarity with working with tech products to publish creative content across platforms like Reels, Stories, Feed, and Short-Form. Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders. Proven ability to collaborate with external creators, influencers, and production partners. Strong relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams. Experience in creative production for international audiences. Ability to handle quick-turn and rapid response communications. Strong interest and knowledge of social media, humor, and emerging culture. Trend spotting skills and ability to translate trends into social content.
