About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) to join their executive team. The CPO will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive people strategy that is in line with the organization's strategic priorities and enhances overall performance. This includes leading all aspects of talent and culture, such as succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, performance management, and change leadership. The successful candidate will also be tasked with building and aligning a high-performing HR team to meet the evolving business needs. Key responsibilities for the CPO at the company include partnering with the CEO, senior leadership, and the board to ensure that HR is a proactive driver of business results, operational readiness, and cultural alignment. The role demands a leader with the ability to influence at all levels, from senior leaders to cross-functional stakeholders, and requires expertise in areas such as leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing change, driving strategic transformation, and a deep knowledge of employment law and regulatory standards. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, as is a high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust and credibility across the organization.
