Responsibilities:

1. Contact potential clients to schedule appointments.
2. Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries.
3. Maintain accurate records of appointments and follow-ups.
4. Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
5. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
7. Provide feedback to the management team on key performance metrics.

Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of experience in a relevant role.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite.
3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
4. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
6. Knowledge of sales and customer service practices.
7. Proactive and self-motivated.
8. Prior experience in appointment setting or sales is a plus.
