What to Expect:

• Consultative Sales Approach: Use your passion for helping people to guide customers through their options on the sales floor.
• Community Engagement: Participate in events, fulfill online orders, and reach out to existing and potential customers.
• Flexible Scheduling: Work between 9 AM and 9 PM, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available two weeks in advance.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay current with evolving technology to meet customer needs.
• Experience: Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but don’t worry if you’re new! We provide the tools, training, and coaching to help you succeed.

Compensation:

Our Retail Sales Consultants earn between $19.46 - $22.46 per hour, plus the potential for up to $13,700+ in commissions when sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top sellers can earn up to $62,460 annually. Your starting salary may vary based on geography, experience, and education.
