Job Title: Warehouse Associate (2nd Shift)

Location: Hayward, CA

Shift: 2nd Shift | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Associate to join a 2nd shift team in Hayward, CA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating a forklift and cherry picker, and a strong work ethic focused on safety, efficiency, and teamwork. This role is vital in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment and maintaining a well-organized warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift and cherry picker equipment to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Load and unload inbound/outbound shipments safely
• Perform quality checks on products and report any discrepancies or damages
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols
• Assist with inventory control and cycle counts as needed
• Other duties as assigned by warehouse leadership

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience operating a forklift and cherry picker
• Valid forklift certification (preferred but not mandatory if recently expired)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation to/from the Hayward, CA facility
