\n\t
• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing patient-specific treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.\n\t
• Administer therapeutic exercises and interventions under PT supervision.\n\t
• Monitor patient progress and document outcomes in accordance with facility policies.\n\t
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques for continued progress at home.\n\t
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.\n\t
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.\n

\n Education & Certification Requirements \n\n

\n\t
• Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.\n\t
• Current Oregon PTA license (or eligibility to obtain before start date).\n\t
• Current BLS/CPR certification .\n\t
• Prior clinical or travel experience in a hospital, outpatient, or skilled nursing facility preferred.\n
