Creative C360, the Studio Division of Creative Circle, is hiring a

remote Traffic Manager to join the studio team of one of our largest homebuilding and commercial real estate clients.

This role will be fully remote, 40 hours per week, for 6 months with the

possibility to extend.

MUST be based inPST or MST time zoneto be considered.

Responsibilities as a Traffic Manager:

• Assist the Senior Project Manager in managing the workflow of

marketing projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.

• Support the team in assigning and tracking tasks across creative,

digital, and content teams, ensuring proper prioritization and workload distribution.

• Provide regular updates on project progress, potential risks, and

delays, offering solutions to keep projects on schedule.

• Meet and collaborate with corporate marketing teams to strategize

plans, timelines and deliverables.

• Support team in identifying roadblocks, resource constraints, or

process inefficiencies and escalating them to the Senior Project Manager for resolution.

• Maintain accurate records of timelines, deliverables, and status

reports to ensure transparency and accountability.

Qualifications as a Traffic Manager:

• 1-2+ years of marketing traffic manager experience, ideally in an

agency environment

• Experience using Notion or similar project management platform

highly preferred

• Comfortable in an Agile environment
• MUST be an incredible multi-tasker
• Must be able to prioritize and manage deadlines
• Excellent listener + communicator
• Must be comfortable running presentations
• Strong collaboration skills

This position is with Creative360 (C360), Creative Circle\'s managed

services division. C360 builds and manages creative and marketing project teams and dedicated studios on behalf of our clients. A\ C360 Engagement Lead will oversee the scope, deliverables, reporting, and operations support, so you can focus on the things you do best!
