Integrations.... Understanding HCM's. It's why she says "workday, absolute jam they have it" Reporting Integrations Security HCM has tentacles anywhere. Will need two SA's, invisioning these two roles, will be recognizing looking for a needle in a hay stack. Workday Integrations, not just supporting. Configuring, Creation "A little more than just a workday analyst typically would be, little more technical" Optimization integrations Technical Aptitude, creating customer reports, sending downstream to that system Why not using API's Pushing back, thinking creatively, best practices on how this can be done. 2nd: Systems Admin (min 2-3 years in HCM configuration analyst) SaaS HCM System, Configuration and Supporting, Self-Driving Type, reporting and security a well. Workday + big bonus for this one. Configuration, definitely have some sort of configuration. "Supporting" and validating, any form of configuration in workday or not.
