\n \nPosition Summary:
\n\n \nThe Service Technician is responsible for servicing and maintaining previously installed Leaf Home systems at customers’ homes based on established service ticket requests. This role provides outstanding customer service in the course of service repairs, annual maintenance, inspections, etc.
\n \n\n\n Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
\n\n \n \n \n \n \nPerform service on Leaf Home systems at customers’ homes based on logged service tickets and onsite inspection. Services may include annual maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, basic plumbing repairs, reinstallation of systems, removal of old units, etc.
\n \n \n \nDocument, schedule, and close services performed in the service ticket system accurately and in a timely manner.
\n \n \n \nProactively engage with customers to provide an outstanding customer service experience.
\n \n \n \nFollow established job site safety rules, OSHA guidelines, and company safety policies and procedures.
\n \n \n\nRequired Education and Experience:
\n\n \nRequired Education
\n \n \nHigh school diploma or equivalent.
\n \n\n\n \nRequired Years of Experience
\n \n \n2-4 years of experience in basic remodeling, construction, or a related field.
\n \n \nAdditional Requirements:
\n \n \nValid driver’s license.
\n \n \nReliable truck, van, or large SUV.
\n \n \nFunctioning laptop, smartphone.
\n \n \nFunctioning tools are required to perform job duties.
\n \n \nMust be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
