About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior eDiscovery Counsel to play a key role in high-stakes matters and contribute to the growth of AI governance initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on complex discovery strategy, data privacy, compliance, and records retention, with a focus on clients in highly regulated industries. This pivotal position requires a professional with significant eDiscovery experience, a deep understanding of advanced AI tools, and strong litigation and client counseling skills. The role is well-suited to a candidate with a strategic and innovative vision, particularly in the context of supporting the company's AI governance initiatives. Applicants for the Senior eDiscovery Counsel position at the company should be prepared to take on a challenging and dynamic role within a forward-thinking legal environment.
