Job Description

Under the supervision of the Drafting Manager, the Senior CAD Drafter-Tech will be responsible for various survey preparation and other related drafting and technician-type assignments. This work is performed in an office setting and remotely. This position offers opportunities for advancement for individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and continually contribute to the success of the organization.

Area Serviced

Team members will report to the office in Oviedo, FL 32765

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma/GED diploma required; Associate's/Technical Degree or higher preferred.
• 2+ years of successful job-related professional drafting experience in the surveying industry; Applied CAD experience.
• Proven and demonstrated professional skill sets that include, but are not limited to, AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Products.

Additional Qualifications:

• Field Experience is a plus.
• Home Builder/Residential survey drafting experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate and respond to questions in a professional and knowledgeable manner, ensuring business outcomes; assertive problem-solver and action-oriented team player, and capable of working independently. Must have a relentlessly positive, flexible, do-whatever-it-takes attitude; must be fast on your feet, poised under pressure, and committed to client service.
• Ability to balance the workload to accommodate the demands of the job and exceed client expectations.
• Proficient in the independent application and use of job-related software/e-technology/cloud based solutions.
