LHH is recruiting for a notable and fast growing vertically integrated real estate firm with an office in Atlanta. The Company is open to Senior Associate up to VP/Director of Debt Capital Markets. You will play a critical role in sourcing, structuring, and executing debt financing strategies to support their growing portfolio of developments, acquisitions, and recapitalizations. This individual will be an integral member of the capital markets team, helping secure competitive financing solutions from a wide network of capital providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the underwriting and execution of debt financings for new development and stabilized assets across the portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external capital providers, including lenders, brokers, and rating agencies.
• Prepare detailed financing packages, term sheets, and internal memoranda to support investment committee decisions.
• Coordinate closely with internal development, asset management, and legal teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
• Track capital market trends, rate movements, and lender appetite to inform deal strategy and identify opportunities.
• Support portfolio-level financing efforts, including refinancing, loan modifications, and complex capital stack structuring.
• Represent Company in lender negotiations and assist in managing third-party reports, diligence, and closing processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field; advanced degree (MBA or MSRE) preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in real estate debt capital markets, lending, or structured finance, with a strong preference for experience in multifamily or student housing.
• Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills; proficiency in Excel and Argus strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
