Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor teams, facilitate meetings, and resolve conflicts.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
Problem Solving: Ability to identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
Project Management Tools: Experience with tools like TFS.
Experience:
Facilitating Scrum Ceremonies: Leading daily stand ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Team Coaching: Mentoring team members on agile practices and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
Project Delivery: Successfully managing and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Metrics and Reporting: Tracking and reporting on team performance metrics like velocity, burndown charts, and sprint goals.
