Job Description:

As a Remote Luxury Travel Advisor, you’ll work one-on-one with clients to plan and book exceptional luxury vacations. This role requires a deep knowledge of premium travel options, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering unforgettable experiences. From arranging personalized itineraries to managing reservations and ensuring seamless travel experiences, you will be the go-to expert for all things luxury travel.

Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and provide personalized recommendations
Research and book high-end accommodations, transportation, dining, and exclusive experiences
Manage client relationships from initial inquiry through post-trip follow-up, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
Keep up-to-date with luxury travel trends, emerging destinations, and VIP services
Handle all booking logistics, including payment processing, itinerary adjustments, and travel documentation

Qualifications:

Prior experience in luxury travel planning or as a travel advisor preferred
Strong knowledge of luxury destinations, exclusive resorts, and premium experiences
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a client-first attitude
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet client expectations
Proficiency in travel booking software or a willingness to learn
