Who We Need As a Recruiting Coordinator on our Talent Acquisition team, you will ensure our hiring process runs smoothly while creating exceptional candidate experiences. This team partners with hiring managers across the organization to attract and hire top talent that drives our company’s growth. You will play a critical role in supporting our recruiting team’s strategic initiatives through flawless execution of interview logistics and candidate communication. While we offer flexible work arrangements, we’re building our presence in New York City. We’re looking for candidates who can work hybrid (in‑office at least 2 days per week) from New York City. What You’ll Do Coordinate interview loops and debriefs with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panel members across multiple timezones Ensure every candidate has a smooth, well‑communicated experience throughout their journey with us Manage both virtual and onsite interview logistics, from candidate arrival to thoughtful wrap‑up Proactively solve day‑of issues, including last‑minute scheduling conflicts and changes Communicate promptly with candidates and internal teams about logistics and updates Support talent & people team related projects and initiatives from sourcing sprints, recruiting events, support new hire onboarding logistics, in‑office support, and more Who We’re Looking For Highly organized with strong operational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple moving pieces Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional presence Naturally warm and welcoming—you create positive experiences for every candidate Adaptable problem‑solver who thrives under pressure and handles changes gracefully Previous recruiting or coordination experience preferred, especially in fast‑paced environments, however we encourage motivated new grads with a track record of academic success to apply Life At Rillet Competitive Pay & Benefits: Backed by world‑class investors, we offer strong salaries plus equity so you share in our success.
