Professional Cleaner

We seek individuals to clean our clients’ homes and businesses in and surrounding the Fort Wayne, IN Areas.

You will be in the field training and cleaning with the boss, sometimes sent to jobs by yourself, and will cover the owner when she is on vacation or out for the day.

Training will be with the owner.

Must be willing to travel to Fort Wayne and surrounding areas.

No cleaning experience is required but appreciated. Using our process, we will teach you everything you need to know about cleaning houses/businesses. Great position for college students, single parents, and anyone needing flex in hours.

NO PTO/VACATION

This is a 1099 independent contractor position

Job Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Possess a valid Driver’s License
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
• Needs a flexible schedule
• Needs own transportation
• Needs to be able to work some nights and weekends, if needed
• Needs to be 18 or older
• Must have your own vehicle and license (or a reliable adult/guardian) to bring you to your client's house

Responsibilities

• Clean designated areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restrooms cleaning, etc)
• Carry out heavy cleaning tasks
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Attention to detail. You need to ensure you are keeping your client happy with the work you perform.
• Provide basic housekeeping duties including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Create a clean and healthy environment for our clients and their families
