What You’ll Do

• Estimate & Quote Like a Pro – Handle day-to-day incoming client estimate requests with accuracy, speed, and a focus on value over “just price.”
• Build a Strong Vendor Network – Source and manage outsourcing for jobs, negotiating aggressively to secure the best quality and margins
• Upsell & Strategize – Review every request for opportunities to suggest better quantities, cost-effective alternatives, and related products to maximize client ROI (and ours).
• Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with Sales, Production, and Management to ensure smooth transition from estimate to order.
• Represent Our Value Proposition – Craft quotes that highlight why we’re the best choice, not just what it costs.

What You Bring

• Proven Expertise – Minimum 3 years of estimating experience in commercial printing, direct mail, or closely related manufacturing.
• Math Mastery – Strong numerical, analytical, and spreadsheet skills with an eagle eye for details.
• Type-A Drive – Competitive, organized, and profit-focused. You know that the right estimate isn’t always the lowest—it’s the one that delivers value and closes business.
• Communication Skills – Confident in person, over the phone, and across digital platforms.
• Business Mindset – Understand margins, cost structures, and how to make every quote work for the company’s bottom line.
