Are you a results-driven Ads Manager with a proven track record of turning clicks into conversions?
We’re looking for an experienced digital marketing professional to lead our paid campaigns across Google, YouTube, and Facebook, with a strong focus on strategic retargeting and lead generation.
This is a remote, part-time role, perfect for someone who thrives on optimizing campaigns and making a direct impact across our diverse brand portfolio.
### What You’ll Do:
* Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads and YouTube campaigns to drive quality leads and conversions.
* Create and execute Facebook Ads and retargeting strategies to re-engage audiences and nurture potential clients.
* Continuously monitor performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI and hit KPIs.
* Deliver clear, insightful reports with actionable recommendations.
* Oversee multiple campaigns across Lartey Wellness Group, IV Hydration Services, and Lartey Realty Group.
* _(Bonus)_ Apply SEO best practices and advanced retargeting strategies to strengthen campaign results.
### What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience running both YouTube and Facebook Ads campaigns with documented success.
* Proven ability to execute advanced targeting/retargeting strategies and manage budgets effectively.
* Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach.
* Must be an individual contributor (no agencies or freelancers running their own agencies).
* Not open to beginners, we need someone with technical expertise and proven results.
