Part-Time Document Specialist
CMA Global is an established and growing business consulting firm located in Clayton, MO. Our team of 50 serves 400+ clients. We have an immediate opening for a part-time Document Specialist position with duties including typing and document creation, formatting, and proofing. Must be friendly, engaging, professional, detail-oriented, flexible, and enjoy a variety of tasks. Strong keyboard and MS Office skills preferred. Will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, supportive work environment.
Job type: part time, fully remote
Hours: 10-15 per week (no overtime), pick hours between 9am-3pm CST Mon-Fri
Reports to: Lead Document Specialist
Responsibilities:
· Typing of dictations
· Typing projects, coaching proposals, and miscellaneous documents
· Compiling 360 Interview notes into a report
· Pulling and reviewing data
· Formatting documents
· Option to attend monthly/quarterly team meetings and individual meetings with team members
· Word processing (typing/correcting/editing Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint documents), must type at least 60 wpm
