Description :
Assists with maintenance of buildings and grounds within the park, including mowing, weed whipping, painting/staining, watering trees, and assisting with projects. Includes operating equipment such as mowers, tractors, skid steer, vehicles, and hand tools. Other duties as assigned.

General Requirements :
Ability to work independently, manage time well, and work in a variety of weather conditions outdoors. Uniforms are provided and employees must comply with uniform dress code. Valid driver's license required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Knowledge of how to operate commercial mowers, tractors, and skid steers. Ability to learn groundskeeping tasks and operating hand tools desired.

Please note this is a temporary or seasonal, non-benefited position, exempt from civil service.
