Robert Half is partnering with a dynamic mid-sized law firm that is opening a new Berkeley office to expand the growing practice. As part of this exciting growth, the firm is seeking two Paralegals to join its expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a collaborative legal environment while growing your skills in consumer law.

What You’ll Do

• Support attorneys with case preparation, discovery, and trial readiness.
• Draft and proof legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and correspondence.
• Manage case files, deadlines, and document production.
• Conduct legal and factual research related to lemon law matters.
• Communicate with clients, court personnel, and internal team members.

• 1+ years of litigation or consumer law support experience preferred (internship or entry-level experience will be considered).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
• Ability to work onsite in Berkeley with the team.
