Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by creating and managing email accounts, tracking purchases, updating inventory, generating credit cards, and overseeing Google Sheets. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative and capable of working collaboratively with buyers, partners, and sales specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the office.
  • Creating and maintaining office expenses and budget sheets.
  • Managing credit cards and keeping a record of all expenses & refunds.
  • Managing google drive in an organized manner.
  • Organizing emails.
  • Overseeing the organization of office resources.
  • Onboarding new employees with the necessary tools and software’s.
  • Keeping the partners informed by reviewing and analyzing reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with common office software.
  • Proficiency with Gmail account management.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize to-dos, and maintain an organized office environment.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues related to office operations, facilities, or staff.
  • Ensuring accuracy in documentation, financial transactions, and other administrative tasks.
  • Ability to manage budgets and track expenses.
  • Ability to plan and coordinate office projects, such as office moves, events, or technology upgrades.
  • Experience supervising staff, delegating tasks, and providing training and mentorship.
