Job Description Implement and configure NetSuite to address business needs and processes Build reports, saved searches and dashboards that provide comprehensive and forward-looking Business Intelligence Migrate legacy transactional and entity data from client's existing database to NetSuite Establish test cases and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with core client stakeholders to ensure system configuration objectives have been met Create training/support documentation, and drive end-user training to promote user adoption Manage the Go Live deployment processes, ensuring a seamless software launch and continuity of business operations during this cutover Support the client following Go Live deployment to troubleshoot issues that arise, and promote additional methods to optimize the system for enhanced performance Additional responsibilities include: Work and communicate effectively with cross-functional team members Prioritize project workload to ensure milestones and objectives are attained Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems or other related disciplines 3-5 years of experience with Netsuite applications, including CRM and ERP, in enterprise software implementation Ability to translate customer business requirements into business solutions, either as a software solution or a re-engineering initiative Accounting Inventory Management Subscription Services Manufacturing Marketing Ability to handle a variety of different projects simultaneously, and capable of managing multiple deadlines Ability to take direction and work independently Additional Information JENALYN BERNARDO | Prosum | Technical Recruiter Awarded 7th Best Places to Work in Los Angeles #J-18808-Ljbffr Progressive Recruitment
