MARKETING MANAGER
MONTGOMERY, AL (Hybrid/in-office flexibility)

Position Qualifications (Experience, Education, Training):
o 2–4 years in marketing, social media content creation, or hospitality revenue management
o Hands-on content creation/editing (TikTok/Instagram Reels; tools like CapCut, Canva)
o Familiarity with revenue tools (PriceLabs, AirDNA, property management software) preferred but trainable
o Strong communication/networking ; comfortable representing the brand locally
o Bachelor’s in Marketing/Hospitality/Communications preferred, not required

Benefits:
o Base salary of $40,000 plus performance bonuses (target $5,000–$20,000 annually)

o Paid overnight travel as needed

Salary: $40,000 base + bonuses
Work Hours/Time: Full-time, standard business hours with some evenings/weekends for events or content capture
