Our dry pet food factory, located just 10 miles from downtown, has been a production facility for over 50 years. Position Summary

As a Manufacturing Excellence (Continuous Improvement) Manager, youll coordinate all Nestl Continuous Excellence (World Class Manufacturing) initiatives and Pillar activities as you act as the single point of contact for stakeholders. Play a critical role in developing improvement plans and strategies to drive profitability through analysis of costs and losses. Youll ensure that our processes enable top-line growth and improve manufacturing asset intensity through the reduction of manufacturing losses.

1. Define and communicate continuous improvement plans across the facility.
2. Monitor and coordinate the execution of Nestl Continuous Excellence plans.
3. Manage Manufacturing Excellence Department organization including allocation of various roles and responsibilities.
4. Implement Nestl Continuous Excellence methodology across teams and processes including training, coaching, and assessment.
5. Support development of Manufacturing Excellence methodologies, competencies, and routines with the market.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in engineering, business, or related field required.

3+ years of leadership experience including continuous improvement projects and/or coaching in a manufacturing, military, or related environment.

Other

Experience with TPM, DMAIC, Kaizen, and/or Lean Six Sigma in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

The approximate pay range for this position is $92,000-$130,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
