Role Overview
As the Service Technician I, youâll have a big mission. If you choose to accept it, your mission will be to assist with the oversight the physical assets and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position will assist in diagnosing problems and making general repairs and assists with apartment make-readies. This position also assists with preventive maintenance and construction or rehabilitation projects for the property. Exhibits strong commitment to the service needs of the internal and external customer. Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner. As you can likely tell, 'how' things are done matters just as much as âwhatâ was done here at BH!
