Job Duties and Qualifications

Responsibilities:

•Lead all legal aspects of global acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures.

•Draft, review and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and ancillary documents, including confidentiality agreements and letters of intent.

•Advise on antitrust matters, particularly merger control for acquisitions.

•Manage outside counsel in connection with the above.
Requirements:

•Bachelor's degree.

•Juris Doctor (JD) in law.

•Three to seven years of experience in M&A is required.

•Willingness to travel, domestic and internationally.
