Saatchi & Saatchi currently maintains a hybrid work policy to work in-office three days per week and remotely the other two days each week. Overview Our Saatchi LA office is looking for college seniors and recent graduates with portfolios who are eager to learn and gain experience with real client work at an agency! Saatchi's Summer Internship is a paid 8-week hybrid program from June 16th to August 15th with an opportunity for 5-day work week, providing lessons from various departments at an agency, opportunity to work alongside and gain mentorship from advertising professionals and leaders, in addition to working on real client work. As an intern, we expect you to give us your energy, enthusiasm, and thirst for knowledge, and we'll give you a hands-on, insider introduction to working at this advertising agency! More than just a resume-builder, our internship program will challenge your expectations, broaden your horizons, and show you why advertising is our passion and why we live to influence popular culture. Application closes May 16th. Responsibilities As an Intern - VD/UX , here's what you'll do: Combine your creativity and technical skills to produce immersive digital experiences. Concept and implement interactive design. Work with content creatives to produce mock-ups and proof of concepts. Create/Assist in the production of wireframes, prototypes, concept sketches, interaction designs and user flows using figma Help to create clean and simple user-centered designs. Contribute to creative brainstorms to develop and deliver amazing experiences. Learn about the entire production process and how the designs are implemented. Work alongside industry professionals Qualifications We are looking for interns who possess a problem-solving mentality, have leadership and collaborative qualities, and express curiosity within and beyond their role and team. We encourage you to apply if you have: Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills. Passion and interest in digital marketing and advertising industry Systems thinking. Capacity to learn, grow, and improve on feedback as necessary. Excellent organization and time management to prioritize workload and multi-task. Inquisitive and unafraid to ask questions! Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe Suite and figma Ability to apply critical thinking and problem solve. Attention to detail, organization skills, strong work ethic, and ability to handle confidentiality. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
