Position Description We're looking for an IT Summer Intern to join our American Ordnance team located in Middletown, IA . As the IT Summer Intern, here's the work you'll do: Cybersecurity patching: The intern would be responsible for scanning the network for vulnerabilities and applying security patches to fix them. Updating inventory records in Asset Explorer: The intern would be responsible for updating the IT department's asset management system with information about new hardware and software. Verify that inventory records in Asset Explorer match the AO property system. Imaging and preparing workstations for use by AO employees. This role is for you if you have these skills: Collaboration Troubleshooting Communication Problem Solving Attention to Detail Teamwork And if you have these qualifications: Currently enrolled in a college or university pursing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, or business Great attitude and team player. Successful completion of background and drug screening process. In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $22.00/hr - $24.00/hr. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
