The Instructional Designer plays a key role in shaping Stark Tech's learning and development initiatives by designing and engaging training content and ensuring seamless delivery through the learning management system (LMS). This role requires a balance of creativity, technical proficiency, and strategic thinking to support our culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

How do you excel in this position

As an Instructional Designer, this position combines instructional design expertise with technical LMS administration to create high-impact learning experiences. In collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) this individual develops interactive courses, multimedia-enhanced training, and structured learning paths. Additionally, this role is responsible for optimizing the LMS, managing content, troubleshooting issues, and generating insights to enhance learner engagement.

What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field is required.
  • Three (3) years of experience designing and developing instructional materials in a corporate setting, required.
  • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Camtasia, required.
  • Demonstrated experience creating content outlines (COs) and high-level design documents (HLDDs) to guide the development of structured training, required.
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including administration, reporting, and troubleshooting, required.
  • Proficiency in incorporating multimedia assets (e.g., audio, video, graphics) to enhance learning content, required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills required.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
  • Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
