Job Description

Job Responsibilities Assist with project-related work, providing technical support for Payroll systems and troubleshooting payroll process issues and escalations. Contribute to the development of programs and processes to ensure payroll compliance and efficient processing within Payroll Operations. Support the Payroll Services and Operations Team in a highly collaborative environment. Represent the Payroll Support Team as a subject matter expert on company-wide projects, including cross-functional work related to Payroll Services and Operations. Coordinate timelines, attend meetings, contribute to project plans, create test scripts, perform UAT testing, and validate data. Lead small payroll projects, including creating timelines, facilitating meetings, delegating duties, taking notes, and following up to confirm task completion. Prepare, process, and audit highly sensitive payroll compensation files, including setup, processing, auditing, and reconciliation of payroll programs such as Stock, ESPP, NQDC, and executive compensation items for accurate payment and reporting. Ensure compliance of all programs through audits and reconciliations. Develop reconciliation procedures, identify and implement improvements to department processes, procedures, and audits to increase operational effectiveness, accuracy, and legal compliance. Support legal compliance and serve as the point of contact for requests from the legal department or other internal teams. Support year-end and quarter-end payroll activities, including organizing meetings, deliverables, and tasks for the production team. Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
