Our client, a dynamic organization in the manufacturing sector is seeking an HR Assistant to join their team. As an HR Assistant, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting site-level HR functions. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HR Assistant

Location: Garden Grove, CA

Pay Range: $18-22/hr

What's the Job?

• Assist with administering HR plans and procedures for all personnel at the site.
• Support payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Participate in recruitment efforts for both exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Help communicate benefits information and assist with benefits administration.
• Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
