Our client, a dynamic organization in the Hanover, PA area, is seeking a HR Assistant to join their team. As a HR Assistant, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting various team initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for creating a positive and inclusive work environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HR Assistant

Location: Hanover, PA

Pay Range: $20-$22

Shift: 1st 

What's the Job?

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and processing new hire paperwork.
• Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Facilitate onboarding activities such as orientation sessions and training scheduling.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Participate in HR projects like employee engagement activities, performance management, and compliance audits.

What's Needed?

• Proficiency with MS Office and related communication tools.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Ability to learn HRIS software, spreadsheets, and other department applications quickly.
