Must be a licensed CNA.

The Hospice aide is responsible for providing personal care under the direction of an RN Case Manager. The responsibilities included:

- Perform personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, etc.)

- Document care provided according to agency policy.

- Use durable medical equipment in a safe manner.

- Report any deviations from the plan of care to the RN Case Manager.

- Provide respite for patient's family / caregiver when on-site, as appropriate.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year experience as a CNA, hospice aide, home health aide.

- At least 18 years old.

- Must be a licensed driver with current auto insurance.

- The ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22 per hour
