This role will report directly to the Head of Index Sales and will be instrumental in managing both the data subscription team and passive products teams, overseeing a global book of business. Key Responsibilities Manage a team of senior sellers tasked with cultivating our existing business, and responsibility for rapidly growing our client footprint to achieve financial targets in the multi-million range Collaborate with global product teams to ensure alignment with new product conceptualization Drive high levels of client engagement at senior levels Great teammate that is able to put the Group's interests first Ability to work across the client ecosystem to deliver unique solutions Drives adoption of sales standard processes, with strong data led decision making Team will cover the largest hedge funds, banks, and insurance firms in the world Candidate Profile / Key Skills Strong listening and interpersonal skills Technical expertise required in order to originate complex index ideas to be routinely pitched to sell side structuring desks Experience in index rebalancing would be beneficial in supporting our hedge fund and sell side research clients Expert negotiation skills required to drive positive outcomes with our clients while achieving financial target People leadership experience will be required to elevate a culture of raising the standard of the team Executive presence needed to navigate both internal and external C level engagements Experience in driving double digit financial outcomes Track record of consistent out-performance in prior sales / financial roles Extensive client relationships at senior levels of major sell side desks, hedge funds, and insurance investment teams Data centric approach to business decision making is a must Experience with hedge fund and/or indexation strategies is a plus Complex derivative experience preferred Incredibly strong work ethic, ability to inspire/motivate others, and someone that believes in treating all colleagues with respect are prerequisites for this role Compensation/Benefits Information: LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage.
