Moxie Salon and Beauty Bar is an emerging luxury full-service salon opening a new location in Jupiter, FL . We are seeking an experienced, passionate hair stylist to join our team! If you excel in cuts, color, highlights, and hair extensions (K-tip, weft, I-tips), wed love to hear from you!

We offer an hourly salary plus tips (no commission) and ongoing education to help you grow in your craft.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full-service hair treatments, including hair extensions, cuts, color, keratin, highlights, etc.
• Consult with clients to recommend styles and color options, ensuring satisfaction..
• Stay updated on hair trends, techniques, and products.
• Maintain workstation cleanliness and adhere to salon hygiene standards.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to create an exceptional salon experience.
• Upsell salon products and services.

Qualifications:

• Valid cosmetology license and 5+ years of experience with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in diverse hair types.
• Skills as a makeup artist are a plus.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and goal-driven mindset.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour + tips (no fee for chair or commissions)
Opportunities to for bonus based on membership sales and team performance.
Expected Hours: 2040 hours/week
