\n \n\n\n\n\nAs a Group Benefits Enrollment Counselor, you will travel on behalf of our Group Insurance offices and facilitate the enrollment process for new and existing customers. You will connect with people on an individual level and know you are making an impact on their lives through setting them up with benefits that protect what matters most. \n\n\n\n\n

  • \nEstimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):\n
      \n
    • \nGroup Benefits Enrollment Counselor: $65,000 - $75,000 plus annual bonus opportunity \n
    • \n
    • Senior Group Benefits Enrollment Counselor: $70,000 - $80,000 plus annual bonus opportunity

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

\n
    \n
  • \nCoordinate and facilitate the entire enrollment process for new and existing Group Insurance customers, ensuring efficient and smooth operations. \n
  • \n
  • Plan, organize, and execute enrollment strategies to meet customer needs, maximize employee participation, and stay within budget, including performing cost analyses. \n
  • \n
  • Conduct enrollments and re-enrollments of employee groups in voluntary insurance products through various methods. \n
  • \n
  • Develop and deliver customized enrollment materials and support systems, working closely with Group Sales Representatives, brokers, and employers to address specific communication needs. \n
  • \n
  • Provide operational support to Group Sales offices and assist in planning enrollment methodologies, processes, and tools for voluntary benefits management. \n
  • \n

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

\n
    \n
  • \n2+ years' experience with group benefits enrollment with in-depth knowledge of voluntary group benefits and products with strong communication and relationship building skills. \n
  • \n
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint along with developing/facilitating/navigating PowerPoint presentations. Experience using Excel to include navigating/data entry. \n
  • \n
  • Licensed agent in residence state, able to obtain non-residence license or actively pursuing appropriate licenses \n
  • \n
  • Ability to travel 75% during peak season and may travel 50% of the work period and a have a valid driver's license \n
  • \n
  • Working knowledge of competitor products and services \n
  • \n
