Our Perfect Candidate
Were seeking an exceptional logistics sales expert who brings:
Experience: 3-5 years in logistics sales, managing a full desk with expertise in FTL (70%) and LTL (30%).
Proven Book of Business: Annual Gross Profit between $150K and $500K, with 80% of your clients following you.
Specialization: Focus on domestic and international air freight (no ocean freight).
Work Environment: Fully on-site positionno remote or hybrid work options.
Responsibilities
New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow revenue.
Account Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing accounts to ensure consistent service and satisfaction.
Strategic Planning: Develop tailored logistics solutions to meet client needs and optimize performance.
Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and challenges.
