Job Description
**Job Requirements:**
1. **FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification:** All applicants must possess a valid and current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification, demonstrating the necessary knowledge and skills for safe and compliant drone operations.
2. **Flexibility and Availability:** Currently most the operations are located in Fort Worth Texas, travel may be required to diverse locations as dictated by project requirements. Adaptability to changing environments and schedules is crucial.
3. **Safety Focus:** A strong commitment to safety protocols and regulations, ensuring that all operations comply with FAA guidelines and industry best practices. Safety consciousness is paramount in all aspects of UAS operations.
4. **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. The candidate should be able to effectively collaborate with project managers, clients, and internal teams to understand mission objectives and provide clear updates.
5. **Problem-Solving Abilities:** A demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical and operational challenges related to drone equipment and missions. Problem-solving skills are crucial for maintaining mission efficiency.
6. **Detail-Oriented:** Attention to detail in all aspects of drone operation, documentation, and reporting. Thoroughness is necessary to ensure accurate and reliable data collection.
7. **Technology Proficiency:** Strong understanding of drone technology, including the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of drone equipment. Familiarity with relevant software and tools is a plus.
8. **Team Collaboration:** A collaborative approach to working with diverse teams. The ability to adapt to different working environments and foster positive working relationships is key.
