What You'll Do:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leaders, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
  • Act as a trusted liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Manage complex calendars with precision, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events while anticipating and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Coordinate all aspects of executive travel arrangements, including itinerary planning, transportation, and accommodations, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
  • Prepare and distribute high-quality materials for executive meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with team members and external partners, fostering collaboration and enhancing organizational efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and mentor administrative staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities as needed.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on special projects and initiatives, leveraging administrative expertise to drive organizational success
What You'll Bring
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in executive support roles, with a proven track record of success in managing complex administrative tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to communicate professionally with individuals at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent within the team.

Salary Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $90,000 - $110,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
