Responsibilities
- As an Entry Level Marketing professional at Andiamo, you will play a key role in implementing marketing strategies and campaigns for our diverse clientele
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to effectively reach the target audience and achieve business goals
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaign ideas and promotional strategies
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks and coordinate marketing projects and activities as requested
- Help organize and oversee promotional events and exhibitions
- Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities
- Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships whenever possible
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to determine their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Manage and update the company’s databases and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
- Engage with other team members to ensure brand consistency in marketing and promotional efforts
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities as provided by the company
