Salary: $72,015.00 - $115,224.00 Annually
The Director of Public Safety provides leadership and supervision of all public safety and security operations for the college. This includes maintaining a safe campus, protecting life and property, overseeing law enforcement and public safety services, coordinating events, managing investigations, developing training programs, and collaborating with local/state agencies.
Required: High School Diploma; at least 7 years as a sworn police officer, including 3 years
in supervision; administrative experience preferred. Eligible for Maryland Special Police Commission and handgun permit (college-sponsored). Valid Maryland driver’s license and clean record. Experience in emergency and crisis management.
