Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Manufacturing Operations located in East Berlin, CT. The Director of Manufacturing Operations will oversee daily manufacturing operations, coordinate production planning, manage operations, and ensure the implementation of manufacturing engineering practices. This role is responsible for optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring the quality of products, while also leading a team of manufacturing professionals.
