Summary

Meta is looking for a Brand Marketing Leader with passion for and proven experience re-energizing established brands at scale. In this role, you will lead the global Facebook Brand Marketing efforts to restage the Facebook brand, recruit and engage a new generation of users - from crafting the strategy to executing innovative marketing initiatives and full-funnel campaigns that drive business growth, user value and brand relevance. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision rooted in consumer insights, an ability to drive transformative change and flawless execution in our marketing and in the product to deliver that vision across the end-to-end consumer experience, and is a highly effective, nimble operator who can run simultaneous multi-channel campaigns / initiatives across markets that drive measurable results. Required Skills

Director, Global Head of Brand Marketing - Facebook Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic vision and execution of Facebook’s global brand marketing efforts across markets
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, spanning product, partnerships, performance, data science, etc., to develop and execute world-class integrated marketing initiatives that are rooted in consumer insights/data and drive brand health and business results
  • Own the annual brand marketing plan, budget and calendar, including building a multi-year roadmap that will enable the FB Marketing to achieve immediate and long-term goals
  • Drive close partnership and alignment with FB Product Marketing to ensure that our inbound marketing and outbound GTMs deliver user value in line with our brand strategy and narrative
  • Build strong collaborative alliances with internal and external stakeholders to gain strategic buy-in of the marketing strategy and roadmap and drive flawless, unified execution across teams
  • Own the partnership with internal and external creative teams to generate big, resonant ideas that delight audiences and drive results
  • Model inclusive behaviors and build a diverse organization that values, respects, and taps into different backgrounds and perspectives

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 12+ years experience with brand marketing at companies with global scale
  • 8+ years of team leadership experience, cross-functional team leadership or team management
  • Experience leading a brand turnaround, including setting the strategy and driving multi-channel consumer marketing programs that drive brand sentiment and use/engagement
  • Experience building annual marketing plans, including creating the business case for incremental investment
  • Experience utilizing consumer research and data to drive actionable insights to inform marketing strategy and campaigns/initiatives that drive results
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns/initiatives across markets simultaneously
  • Experience leading and driving flawless integrated execution across an expansive XFN and highly matrixed organization
  • Experience influencing leadership and gaining executive and VP buy-in / advocacy
  • Bachelor's Degree

Public Compensation

$227,000/year to $296,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
