We are hiring a skilled Tier 3 Diesel Mechanic / Technician with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in diesel maintenance and repair. In this role, you will perform everything from routine preventive maintenance to complex diagnostics and repairs. You'll also support entry-level technicians and contribute to a safe, efficient shop environment.
Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on diesel trucks and equipment
Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Use company software for completing repair orders and tracking work
Communicate effectively with the team and service manager
Mentor Tier 1 and entry-level technicians
Ensure safety and environmental compliance
Stay current with diesel technology and training
5+ years of diesel mechanic experience
Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills
Detail-oriented and dependable
Experience with trash trucks a plus
Must have your own tools
CDL is preferred but not required
Comfortable using computers and diagnostic tools
