As a Contract Recruiter you'll play a pivotal role in sourcing and attracting top talent for our clients dynamic organization. **Required Skills:**
- High School Diploma required; Undergraduate degree in Human Resources preferred
- Minimum of five years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment
- Proficient sourcing and social media recruiting skills
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Strong knowledge of OFCCP compliance and familiarity with EEO and ADAAA regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Highly organized with substantial attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
**Nice to Have Skills:**
- Ability to engage effectively with both blue-collar and white-collar candidates
- Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
- Skills in utilizing job boards like Indeed and LinkedIn effectively
- Familiarity with metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting strategies
**Preferred Education and Experience:**
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- A background in recruiting for hourly warehouse positions is preferred
**Other Requirements:**
- On-site position in Lakeland, Florida (Northeast Lakeland)
- Monday to Friday work schedule
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and sometimes stressful environment
