The ideal candidate will ask the right questions to provide complete project cost evaluations, offer innovative solutions to complex issues, and make reliable cost predictions across all scopes of work. They must prepare detailed conceptual and evolving estimates, assemble comprehensive bid packages, and lead cost presentations to customers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, estimating software, BIM tools, project management software, and scheduling software is required. This candidate is going to need to be very familiar with different software's adaptable for what is needed.
